For my teaching style, I break the topic into smaller parts and step by step to help students build their thought process. If I find students still lacks understanding, I will explain in layman or simple terms and use examples from our surrounding so that students are able to see and grasp the concepts.

I believe for students to achieve great results, they must make effort on their part as a tutee to revise and read on the topics the day before and list all the questions they may have in relation to the topics or homework.
