Hello! I’m an enthusiastic and dedicated educator from India, currently residing in the USA as part of the USCCIP scholarship program. I hold a deep passion for teaching and tutoring, specializing in English, Telugu, and Handwriting. With years of experience in both classroom settings and as a part-time tutor, I’m committed to helping students develop a strong foundation in language and communication skills.

Currently, I am working as a Classroom Assistant and English Tutor at Fox Valley Technical College as part of an unpaid internship. In this role, I assist with over 40 students, primarily focusing on Level One English learners. I aim to create an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages students to build their language proficiency at their own pace.

As a teacher, I use various techniques to make learning interactive and enjoyable. These include:

Differentiated Instruction: Tailoring lessons to meet the diverse needs of students and ensuring everyone has an opportunity to succeed.

Interactive Activities: Using games, group discussions, and hands-on activities to keep lessons dynamic and engaging.

Positive Reinforcement: Encouraging students by acknowledging their progress and efforts, boosting their confidence and motivation.

Practical Application: Encouraging real-world use of language to help students connect classroom learning to everyday experiences.

My experience also includes part-time tutoring in English, where I focus on enhancing reading, writing, and speaking skills. I’m also passionate about teaching Telugu, helping students connect with the language and culture through immersive learning experiences.

I believe that education should be both an inspiring and transformative journey. I am excited to continue growing as an educator while supporting students in their learning process, helping them reach their full potential.
