I am polite with students specially with those students who feel shy and gradually i create a relation of mentor and pupil .I am not very much harsh in my behaviour i always try to encourage the students .I never demotivate those students who are weak in their studies.
I teach from the text books and i make them to underline important points and i give planned and unplanned tests according to time and content.
To some extent i forgive them for their carelessness but not all the time .
just do hard work
