I was an asst professor in a private self financing college. I am aspiring for phd admissions as i am jrf holder. Throughout my career i learnt from my students and changed my tactics accordingly. As social work is a practised based profession i give importance in teaching through interaction and if possible practised based learning. I have gave training to students in public speaking skills and give life skill trainings. Also i make students to prepare presentations and give feedback to them based on their presentation style content and things to improve. Many students have given me positive feedback on how these were beneficial for them during their field work.
