My self sudarshan, Yoga Instructor / Therapist and 3 years experience in Yoga therapy. I previously working in ayush ayurvedic hospital Mangalore, Pradipika institution of yoga and therapy @India. Now i currently working at Indonesia as a Yoga Teacher. I have completed post graduation degre in MSc yogic sciences from Mangalore University and i certified as a international yoga teacher. I have participated yoga competition at University level, South West Zone levels and Represented National Yoga Championship and won medals. Then take caring my students is my first priority. I help them to perform different possess effectively. I teaching them how to maintain their regular practice and wellness. I take classes like Yoga and therapy, Meditation, Ashtanga yoga etc.. my aim spread yoga knowledge throughout the society.
