I'm also a student in university. so I know how a student think, what exactly they want from a teacher. some of them need every single details in very basic level, so as teacher I should be able to deliver it to my student as they prefer. Additionally I do not give tons of home works to cover before the next week, but the student should be able to cover the part every single week and answer the daily small spot test that give him/her, because with that work they can get a proper idea about what they have learnt and what are the areas that they have missed. I mark every small spot test paper in the class room and teach the areas they have made mistakes. Basically I teach my students based on their teachers guild and do not give them too much extra work. In my POV a teacher should be a friend to the student, I'm 24 years old you person who can interact with my students as a very close friend. As I believe that's how I can get the best out of the work.
