My teaching style is interactive, supportive, and transparent. I encourage my students to have a voice in the classroom and participate actively in all conversations. I believe activity-based learning is something which increases the overall outcome percentage. I focus on differentiate learning and try to include each level of my students in my content. I do believe in three R’s Respect Response Right way to learn. My way of motivating students is by positive encouragement which can do wonders in my experience. Even when they achieve just a little progress I prefer by giving the best a small star, a sticker or a compliment goes a very long way. Such little moments of joy make the students excited and motivated to learn. I try to be fair with everybody and this way I try to motivate my students. it is really work in my classroom. I am an enthusiastic learner and a communicator. I would like to use these qualities to enrich the lives of students. Technology seems to become a perfect bridge between students and teachers. I like to show few videos related to the concepts that we are learning in the class and give them assignments or homework that make them use Internet in a perfect manner.
