Ngulube is an experienced teacher who has been teaching for more that 30 years. My competencies are in teaching student teachers who are training to become teacher. This is why apart from teaching Physical Education I have strength in teaching methodologies.
My experience of teaching captures every type of learners and every level of education.
I am also well knowledgeable about the current trends in education such as inclusive education. Because of this I make sure that all my teaching methods and approaches are learner centered and inclusive in nature where differentiated teaching is part of the considerations.
I am able to teach online using different interactive platforms such as Moodle.
I can also make use of the different google tools to the advantage of my job when teaching as well as when giving assessments including analysis of results.
My communication skills are excellent and and very fluent in the language of English when communicating.
In my teaching process, I believe that one on one interaction with my students is very profitable because not all learners can understand at the same time since they are different beings.
The knowledge I have about Educational Psychology helps me to understand my learners best and help them accordingly.
My online teaching skills are very good.
