I am a Maths graduate who has completed and passed her teacher training. I have QTS in Secondary Maths as well as a qualification in Supporting Learning and Teaching in Schools. I have experience working in both primary and secondary schools. With an empathetic manner, strong listening skills and the ability to motivate others, I can support and work with my students in groups and on a one-to-one basis. I am bilingual (English and Arabic), which allows me to teach to a wider audience. I am patient and have a professional approach to my work, and always take on new challenges positively. I have tutored Maths privately in my final year at university and can work well with students from different backgrounds and varying abilities. I am fluent in Arabic and, being proficient in French, my language skills are a strong advantage. I understand the importance of differentiation and do my utmost to ensure that a student’s needs are being fulfilled while assisting them. Seeing students understand a previously obscure concept is one of the most satisfying perks to this role.. My experience in schools thus far has been extremely fulfilling and is one of the reasons I enjoy supporting students through tutoring. I hope to continue developing, both personally and professionally, in the field of education. Rates: Online £5/h, In person £31/h.Please only local student (NW6 7NG)
