Hello, i use discussion methodology, question and answer,giving assignments,videos and practical methodologies.
When teaching i move with the pace of the trainees and make sure they understand every bit before moving to the next level.By this i produce very good results from my clients.
Am a good teacher because i try to understand my clients problem and get into solving the problem together with the client. I also don't make any assumption but rather i inquire from my trainees whether they understood or we should repeat for them to understand.
