I take weekly exam regularly. And also apply various kind of plan for inputting any problem to my students.
I have almost 7 years experience on tution. And by the Grace Of Almighty Allah I have earn many success.
I never trying to spent time or using mobile phone without very urgent.
However tution is my one kind of hobby also a professional you can say.
