    Overall monitoring and supervision of 310 anganwadi centres( Early childhood care institution).
    Ensured effective implementation of Integrated Child Development Services scheme.
    Ensured effective implementation of the POSHAN ABHIYAN Scheme, which focuses on the nutritional aspect of children, pregnant women, and lactating mothers.
    Ensured proper implementation of Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, which provides financial benefits to pregnant women to support the nutritional aspect during pregnancy.
    Ensured flood relief camps, child-friendly spaces, breastfeeding corners, and flood assessment during disasters.
    Organized different awareness activities such as anaemia camps, menstrual hygiene, health sanitation, and hygiene in convergence with various line departments in tea garden areas and rural areas. Created 100+ kitchen gardens in Anganwadi centres, etc.
    Organized Persons with Disability camp for assessment and distribution of aids, and also supported them to avail a Unique Disability Identity Card.
    Organized capacity-building training programmes for Anganwadi workers to equip them for the digitalization process, and the proper implementation of early childhood care and education.
    Managed and supervised all data management and reporting of grassroots activities.
