I have a PhD in Management Studies from Bharathidasan University and specialization area is operations research. I have eight years of experience in field of teaching as well as research. During this time, I have developed a strong reputation as a mentor and researcher, and have been widely praised for my ability to foster a stimulating and challenging learning environment for my students. I have been teaching a variety of courses in Organization Behavior, Business law, Human resource management, Strategic brand management, Research methodology, Statistics, and operations research have also been involved in several research projects. I guided more than thirty students both under graduates and post graduate for their projects. The current research area is machine learning, Natural language processing etc. I have a strong commitment to fostering an intellectually stimulating and challenging learning environment, and believe that my passion for teaching and learning would enable me to make a significant contribution towards individual's growth.
