As an educator, I understand that not all students learn in the same way or at the same speed. This realization was what gave me the idea to approach teaching from a more game-based (gamification) teaching style that normally entertains and grasp the attention of all my students while enabling them to retain information in a way that they see as more fun and interactive. I take a more kinesthetic approach to conducting lessons, as it has been proven that while learners may also be an audial or visual learner they will always reinforce information or content by interacting with the information provided to them. Also if the information is provided in a medium that they can relate to, they will be more interested in retaining the information being provided to them. While I would say I have potential to be an exception educators, my methods are not what persons would consider as the norm for teaching as I tailor my lesson around the needs of all my students and work at their pace no matter how long it might take.
