Methods: Students should understand the contents of my teachings (topics).
They have to pay attention in my class

Results: Students should be able to explain, enumerate, write a letter or an essay as the case may be. They should be able withstand during debate with other students.
They should be able to get convenient on themselves.
What makes me a great teacher: I must ask my students questions in the class, give them class works and an assignments.
By making sure that they are all understanding my teaching.
