Improve the skills in which students are interested and like so much. Also offering extra suggestions for their future goals. Giving extra time for weaker section of subjects and topics.teaching style is so simple and helpful with a lot of examples. I think the students and their choices is more important than any other things. Basically improve the qualities which students already have. Also giving the proper guidance for bright future. Also giving my best for improving extra curriculum activities and professional development. I try to provide more opportunities for development the internal skills of students.
