    solve it (Problems management).
    • How to minimize time & waste (continuous improvement) by using the LEAN SIX SIGMA concept.
    • Detect the KPIs, the 5S, & the plan adherence.
    • Focus on the HSEQ points related to the production (MOC, risk assessment, work permit, 5S, ..).
    • The final project was to minimize the time & waste using the DMAIC process in the LEAN SIX SIGMA for a
    specific product to improve production process.

    Design, modify, & manufacture the Steering system which is responsible for car routing for both cars

    • Manufacturing brake lines & analyzing their pressure to stop the two cars safely.
    • Using SOLIDWORKS and other CADs for the modeling, analysis, assembling, and modifying of the whole
    car sub-systems.
    • Assemble the whole [brake system, steering system] of the cars.
    • Selection of suitable tires for the cars according to current conditions.
    • Lecturing the learning phase content for the members & teach them how to deal with the systems.
    • Keep up with the members and evaluate their progress.
