My first teaching experience began with a lecturer position at a recognized private institution in urban area under Anna University in India. In this institution students are lagging in mathematical oriented subjects which are digital signal processing, control system, circuit theory etc... I have counselling the students and group the students with different strength which is to promote their knowledge. Among the teaching in regular classes the special coaching classes has been taken at their level and guide the students to realize it to make improvement. When I realized the difficulties from the students, I have learned to the first impression is the best impression, so, the introduction to the subject with practical demonstration which makes more comfortable and interested. When we motivate the students more interested, frequency matching between the student and staff which makes easy to demonstrate the lecture. Investigate the subject and motivate the students in the subject-topic by arising the queries on: why, what, when, where and how. Then delivered the lecture to the student. By synthesizing material from the different textbooks, Prepare for lectures and discussion sections.
