Teaching is my God given talent. The approach I adapt is based on the needs, levels and learning preferences of the students. These includes, learning by asking questions, using visual aids, and examples to explain the concepts.
Furthermore, I employ different methodologies when teaching my students. These includes the following: non passive learning which entail encouraging problem-solving, group projects and case studies. Tailoring content based on students readiness and interests. Breaking down content into simple steps and gradually increasing complexity as students gain confidence.
Finally, what makes a great teacher is that i ignite understanding, support growth and leave a meaningful mark on a learner's journey. I can say boldly that many of my learners are graduates and they are doing well their various endeavours of life.
