I am a dedicated biotechnologist with hands-on academic experience as a paramedical college lecturer. Adept at simplifying complex biological concepts, fostering student engagement, and contributing to curriculum development. With a strong foundation in biotechnology and healthcare, I am now pursuing an MBA to expand my hospital management and leadership expertise. My interdisciplinary background equips me to bridge the gap between scientific innovation and healthcare management, aiming to contribute to the advancement of efficient, patient-centered healthcare systems. During my final year project, I worked on a research project focused on the development of a natural preservative against Bacillus cereus using green leafy vegetables, which enhanced my skills in experimental design, data collection, and critical analysis. I am proficient in using various laboratory instruments and maintaining accurate laboratory records.I bring energy and clarity to complex topics to ensure the conceptual understanding of the students as a full time MBA student I chose to become a part time teacher to gain experience. I also have a great passion towards teaching.
