My teacher mostly is leaner centered,where I teach deliver the content to the leaner,using all possible learning activities,tasks, teaching aides, demonstration, question and answer method.I also employ further research, assignments teaching tools,.However because this is a digital world I tent to use internet to carry out research together with my learner.After teaching I will always give or rather evaluate the learner to test on the content delivery and off course make my remarks,that's my own evaluation on content delivery and learner's comprehension to ascertain whether we can move to the next sub_strand.
Incase a scenario whether leaner has not understood and off course the goal or objectives have not been achieved I go back to the same strand and sub_strand and reteach employing different strategies to help the leaner grasp the content and off course take something home .The only way to do that is dwelling so much on leaner centered strategy,self evaluation and lastly leaner's evaluation.The way to do it is give assignments,class activity both at home and in class and making follow up to the leaner and finally making an amicable remarks towards the learner and deliver the report to the guardian or parent.
