I am a passionate and experienced Filipino language teacher with a strong background in teaching both Filipino and foreign learners. With years of classroom experience, I specialize in creating engaging, culturally rich, and level-appropriate lessons that help students develop confidence and fluency in Filipino—whether they are learning it as a first or second language.

My teaching approach blends grammar mastery, practical conversation skills, and authentic Filipino literature, allowing students to appreciate the depth and beauty of the language. I adapt my lessons to suit each learner’s needs, whether for academic success, travel, daily conversation, or cultural integration.

I have guided students through various learning goals, including:

Improving speaking and writing fluency
Mastering academic Filipino for schoolwork and exams
Preparing foreign students to communicate effectively in real-life settings
Supporting campus journalists in writing quality pieces in Filipino
Whether you're just starting to learn the language or looking to refine your skills, I provide a warm, structured, and encouraging learning environment. I believe that language learning is also culture learning—and I’m here to help you succeed in both.

Let’s work together to make learning Filipino meaningful, enjoyable, and truly effective.
