I’ve been into fitness and sports for a good number of years now. I used to play cricket at club level, so my training has always been more practical, performance-focused, and based on real experience. Over time, I’ve developed a solid understanding of sports fitness — from strength, stamina, and agility, to recovery and injury prevention.
I don’t just follow a “one-size-fits-all” method. I prefer to understand the person’s current level and goals, and then build a routine that actually suits them. Whether someone wants to improve their game, lose weight, or just get more active through sports-style workouts, I try to make the sessions effective but also fun and motivating.
Fitness for me is not just about the body, but also mindset and discipline. I’m someone who believes in smart work and consistency — and I like passing that on to whoever I train.
