I’m someone who genuinely enjoys creating things that work—whether it’s building a functional wooden display unit or helping someone understand a difficult concept. Studying Technological and Vocational Education at Kyambogo University has shaped me not just into a better learner, but a builder, a teacher, and a leader in the making.

One of the things I take pride in is applying what I learn in class to real-life challenges. For instance, I recently designed and constructed a wooden article that serves as both a fruit display and a storage unit. It sounds simple, but it taught me the importance of precision, planning, and patience. It wasn’t just about nails and measurements—it was about problem-solving, doing quality work, and building something that lasts.

Outside the workshop, I serve as the captain of the Kyambogo Rugby Club. Rugby has taught me discipline, leadership, and how to bring people together toward a common goal. It’s not always easy, especially when balancing it with studies, but it’s made me more resilient and accountable. I’ve learned how to stay focused, even under pressure, and how to support others when they need it most.

I’m also active in Rotaract, where I’ve taken part in projects that focus on youth empowerment and education. These experiences remind me why I want to become an educator—not just to teach technical skills, but to open doors for people who may not even know their full potential yet.

What I bring to the table is a mix of practical skills, real leadership experience, and a heart for service. I’m not applying just to fill a spot—I’m looking for a role where I can grow, contribute meaningfully, and keep learning. Whether it’s in a classroom, a workshop, or an online platform, I show up ready to give my best.
