I make sure that student learn mathematics without fear. Clarify all basic doubts before doing any big problem. Friendly approach while teaching. Do as many models of the problems related to the syllabus. Mention the applications related to the problem. While correcting mistakes makes you strong in that particular topic. Never get dejected while you not getting correct understanding of topic, practice makes one perfect. Self motivation is the best motivation one can ever get.
