I am teaching yoga which is an innovative, dynamic and powerful system which affects the body like no other form of exercise it combines ancient yogic techniques Asanas, Pranayama, Bandhas, Kriyas and Mudras with Cardiovascular- training that work on the individual at every level- the physical level, where flexibility, strength and endurance are the primary goal to the mental and spiritual levels where awareness of the body alertness and meditation bring about a complete transformation. Its improvised and spontaneous approach makes it enjoyable while being focused and result-oriented.
I myself is a natural and inspiring teacher, with an in-depth understanding of how various yoga practices impact the human anatomy and physiology. My classes are creative, energizing, and healing at the same time, highly respected and loved by my students across different countries.

Fee details

    रू3,000–30,000/hour (US$19.74–197.45/hour)

    first of all, I give a free trial class If students like it, then they can register for the package
    I have a different package
    1-month package for group class 150 AED 3000 INR
    For private classes, I am charging 60 AED, 1200 INR Per class
