I am having experience of 17 years and 5 years of online dance teaching the one thing that's an commitment to make you grow on real potential.
Here in my classes what's different from other structured class you actually know what you are doing and how it will work like now I am letting you know the structure of the class.
1.no boring warmup -we have macro and micro movement activity which helps not to only warm up it helps in mobility of your body parts
2. Muscality nom it's important to understand the music because that's the main base line and yes free style so you can understand your own style.
3.choregraphy song on which you learn dance.
4. Cooldown now this helps the students calm down the energy while and you must be chaged up so needs to be taken down.
Rest more in class but that depends student to student what they are looking and whats actually required....

And yes I help with clearing mind with the help of dance therapy also that we do it's self in classes.
