My intentions as someone who as undertaken four-year Project management course is to share the knowledge I gained through out the course to my students. My main focus will be teaching about the tools of project management which are Agile, Work breakdown structure (WBS), Cost breakdown structure (CBS), Logical framework, Product Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path analysis. These tools are crucial in project management for they serve as a drive to the completion of a project within scope, time and budget which some of the crucial constraints in a project. Through out my teaching I will give practical examples on how this tools are used and when to use them through out your project. I will also touch on leadership and teamwork, which are crucial skills that a project manager should hold. Through out the teaching period I provide some online quiz to test students understanding of this tools. There will be constant engagement between the student and I to ensure there is liveliness through out the teaching process and ensure the sessions are enjoyable to the students as well.
