I have personally overcome many challenges in life, including dealing with depression, isolation, conflicts with loved ones, breakups, and struggles with self-discipline and guilt. From childhood, I have faced the most difficult challenges with myself, often trusting others too easily, seeing the good in everyone, and putting others' priorities before my own. I understand the pain of being an introvert in a busy world and the emotional toll it takes. Having gone through these tough times, I strive to help others by providing guidance and emotional support to those going through similar experiences.
