I'm a perfectionist at work which compels me to learn and apply deep knowledge in my daily work. I have resolved many complex assignments in a Data engineering projects specifically in optimising spark job performance drastically and reducing cost to company. I have also lead my team in planning the project assigning small tasks and guiding them in day to day challenging scenarios. I have also played a cloud Devops engineer to deploy cloud infrastructure needed for end to end Data Engineering project.When it comes to my teaching, i believe in three things 1) explaining complex technical terminologies through analogies this way it will stick in your mind for a long time 2) applying a given knowledge gained in first step in unknown scenarios which helps in tackling complex challenges 3) explaining real life complex scenarios in projects which gets ignored in small pet project or DIY projects
