My approach as Mathematics teacher is based on some basic principles:-
I teach students how to approach a problem as if one understands the problem(what is given and what is required) half of the problem is solved
I break complicated problems into simple,easy and understandable steps according to the calibre of students
I encourage students to think of the solution differently which enhances their logical and analytical ability
I appreciate students for the efforts and encourage for future assignments
I teach different students differently
I also realize that positive and supportive attitude of teacher make the students relish the subject.
