Learner based teaching, aiming to mentor, patiently guide into utilizing the student ability and potential in order to maximize learning outcome. The digital approach has granted a profound positive result in achieving learning objectives,as questions answer approach is made more interactive. The much interest developed by the learner and step by step improvement makes me feel a sense of satisfaction regarding myself a great teacher. In addition to the aforementioned, the results have been above the expectation with a remarkable improvement in the learner's score as illustration, explanation made more practical. Teaching to a deeper sense I regard noble and self satisfying. Mentoring Young people and changing lives as educator is a step to my greatness as a teacher. Incorporation of ICT does not only make learning captivating but also prepares the young minds to explore diversity in learning,thus building skills for relevant usefulness in a fast changing world. Being a teacher I focus on what the learner can become rather than what they are at the moment; instilling a sense bettering their talents, skills and abilities for opportunity
