If they want to hire me on the basis of my experience, knowledge and I want to share my knowledge, skills to students. I want to guide them on the basis of my experience. Depend on my teaching skills, students really appreciate it and follow the rules which i suggest them. I conduct test on every end of the week on the complete portion.i give the direction instructions to the students. I give the personal attention to each and every student. Sometimes all students are not perfect in some subject, so give them personal advice and teaching. Also i encourage the students and provide step by step process that how to solve the problems and complete the tasks.
