I will teaching involves facilitating learning through various methods and tools. Teachers act as mentors, motivators, and facilitators of knowledge.As teacher, we'd like to form such opportunities for student.I will provide structured learning experiences, explaining concepts, demonstrating techniques, and offering feedback to help students learn effectively. My primary role is to educate and guide students in acquiring knowledge, skills, and understanding.I create environments and opportunities for students to learn, encouraging active participation and critical thinking. I known Teacher Education = Teaching Skills + Pedagogical theory +Professional Skills .Teaching skills would include providing training and practice in the different techniques, approaches and strategies that would help the 3 teachers to plan and impart instruction, provide appropriate reinforcement and conduct effective assessment .
