I use Video Conferencing apps like : Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams.
I start with Micro learning Break content into small, digestible modules for (5–10 minutes) I use multimedia to explain complex concepts simply use structured framework like ADDIE or TPACK
I like polls, breakout rooms, and chats to maintain interaction and also empathetic towards tech challenges and learning difficulties.
I Encourage project-based learning and real-world problem solving Use formative assessments (quizzes, reflections) frequently.
I give Summative assessments can be project-based or time-bound online exams.
Offer timely, personalized feedback peer reviews to build community and critical thinking.
I do Support and Motivate students
Hold regular virtual office hours.
Check in with students individually.
