I also encourage use of ICT and Multimedia Tools which enhances learning with videos, simulations, virtual labs, and educational software to explain complex concepts and promote interactive learning.
Integration of Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge which links biology and agriculture with other areas such as environmental science, health, and technology, promoting a holistic understanding.
Learners have a free and fair learning environment where they can freely ask questions and clarification on areas they have not understood.
I also encourage learners to test their understanding by attempting different questions.
