My Journey: From Student to Teacher

Hello, I’m Mr.Sanju Karmakar, and my journey with Chemistry has been one of deep curiosity, discipline, and dedication. I pursued my M.Sc. in Chemistry and was honored to be awarded the Gold Medal for academic excellence. Along the way, I qualified CSIR NET (2022) with AIR 66, BARC with AIR 16, and GATE (2022) with AIR 122. I also cleared the IIT JAM, which opened many academic doors for me early in my career.

But beyond ranks and results, I found my true calling in teaching. For the past three years, I’ve been guiding students preparing for NEET, JEE, and JEE Advanced, and I’ve come to believe that the real bridge between teaching and learning is communication and understanding.

In my experience, even the most responsible and hardworking students often struggle not with concepts, but with silly mistakes—small errors that cost big results. I focus on helping students recognize and overcome these patterns. To me, the most powerful tool against such mistakes is revision. Consistent and strategic revision transforms temporary learning into lasting clarity.

My goal is not just to help students crack competitive exams, but to make them fall in love with the subject, to think critically, and to build confidence in their problem-solving ability. Every student is unique, and my teaching adapts to ensure they are heard, understood, and challenged.

Whether it's a tough concept in Physical Chemistry or a last-minute revision before the final exam, I stand with my students—every step of the way.
And regular practice gives confidence in organic chemistry.
