I'm interested in mentoring because I believe in the power of design to inspire confidence, creativity, and direction, especially for young people exploring their next steps. I want to support 16-year-olds who are out of school by introducing them to architecture in a hands on, relatable way. Through mentoring, I hope to show how design can be a tool for expression and opportunity, while helping them build skills and confidence through the use of colour and lighting theory, spatial design and introduction to digital tools for design exploration.

I offer versatile styles of design, with proficiency in model making, hand drawing, and digital tools such as 3D modeling and visualisation software. This range allows me to connect with students in different ways and identify areas where they show natural interest or talent. By adapting my approach to suit their strengths, I aim to build their confidence and help them find creative outlets that resonate with them personally.

Furthermore, I have worked in the industry for over a decade with some of the leading and cutting edge design practices at a global level. I’ll be able to provide students with real-world insights into the architecture profession, what it’s like to work in the industry, and how to prepare strong, professional portfolios that reflect their unique potential.
