I believe in giving demonstration, and understanding student behaviour can help me mold him/her, like understanding their week areas and also strong areas to use it and prepare a technique through which they can learn easily. I make them understand the subject from basics so that they can eliminate the fear and love the subject. I conduct weekly test and offer them prizes which brings enthusiasm in children. I believe in learning and practising it more than 3 times to remember effectively whatever we learn. Through this I feel students definitely achieve success in their stream.
