I have been trained in both 8-4-4 and the CBE. I prefer student based teaching where I handle learners based on the ability by fully exploiting their ability. I believe that every learner can do better when given the right knowledge and skill. We have deferent ability and we should not compare learners based on the performance of other learner. I have managed to enable learners who have difficulty in reading but can talk to read. With cooperation I have managed to change learners academically. Believe it's possible
