I always try to connect with students, and their psychology for subjects, whether they interested on that subject or not. Once I got to know the approach of students for the subject, then I do motivate and mentor them. It is not possible to capture everything at one time, So one subject as per the requirement of course or demanded by the student, I do help to cover that. I always push every student to finish home work and exercise, so they could get expertise over their subject.
Also if a teacher pushes the student to follow routine work, it helps every student to everywhere. Student do feel, connectivity issue with teacher, so I always try to make connection with student and their parents. Also I try to convince the parents don't expect to much from your child, just believe in your child strength. As a teacher my responsibility is to increase your child strength gradually over the period of time. It won't happen in one day, but One Day! it will happen.
