Hi, My name is Christopher a graduate of Petroleum Engineering from the University of Uyo.

Have taught in different schools in the past 7 years. I present mathematics using detailed explanation and in depth analysis of any topic. I teach even the slow learners and i make my class interactive and engaging.

I use group work in the class to let the student work as a team and collaborate.

My drive towards teaching is based on my passion to touch many lives and impact them with my God given gift.

I have 7 years of teaching experience. Have taught areas of math such as: Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, statistics and probability.

Over the years, have taught higher grade and high school and a lot of my students have obtained excellent result in math, gain admission in top schools and won scholarships. I begin my class with checking up on the students, welcoming into the class, asking the about what they learnt in the previous class, give them the objectives of the lesson, introduce the new topic with detailed illustration using real life events.

I explain the examples using steps. Engage the students with class work, quizzes and group work. At the end of the class, i evaluate the students to ensure the objectives are met and they understand the topic. I close the class with assignment and i mark and grade the students and send to them through Goggle classroom.

I make use of tools like Zoom, Skype, Goggle classroom, Goggle meet, Demos and GeoGebra for my online classes.

I posses some skills such as;
Time Management: Have made use of this skill in different areas such as; ability to deliver any assigned duties promptly, excellent in punctuality, combining teaching with other responsibilities.
Numerical: This is seen in areas such as; relating mathematics with real life experience for better understanding, excellent ways of calculating and explaining problems.

Class Management: Areas where I explore this skill include; maintaining 95% noise eradication level in the classroom, keeping the class serene for learning and proper organization of the classroom.

I pick interest in the following areas; research, solving math problems, solving Quantitative Reasoning for primary schools, SAT, GRE and GMAT.
