Hi!!! So excited to see you here! I'm Sini, a communicative English Trainer from Kerala, India.

As a trainer since 17 years, I was blessed to engage with a diverse category of audiences, starting from the age of 7 to 70! The biggest learning this diversity has taught me is that- we all are afraid to make mistakes, no matter how old we are, or how much we have achieved in life.

Basically, I make sure each time a learner meets me, there's lot of chitchat, laughs and fun brought in through my prompts and many other tools I bring in to my class- a lot of space for mistakes too!

So THAT realization has given me my BIGGEST ground rule as a trainer- If mistakes help us learn the most, so be it! I will help people make many mistakes and take the most learnings from them.

Be it in any of my areas of expertise, I make sure these thoughts keep me grounded and focused on my learners areas of improvement.

  • Skill Development Executive, Master Trainer (Jan, 2013–Present) at Additional skill acquisition program (ASAP) by Government of Kerala India
    Deliver Trainings to people of different age groups starting from Higher Secondary upwards. (SDE) As Master Trainer, I delivered Trainings to Trainers, interviewed them and became a part of the decision making process of their hiring.
