My teaching style is more learner- centred ensuring that the needs, preferences and values of the learner is taken into consideration. I ensure the student understand me by using real life cases. I use concise and simple language. My class is not genuinely memorable but exciting. I use practical examples and also take the perspectives of the student into consideration.I read and research a lot and this I bring to bear on the lessons. My lessons use visual appeals, mental reasoning, demonstrations, questions and answers, discussions, references etc.My communication is great.I create towers of excellence out of my learner. I apply the latest in teaching technology and methodology.
