As an art teacher I make sure I explain the concept properly helping the student connect with their passion and art as well. I help them refine their skills to the next level ensuring there is growth. If for one reason or another the passion for the student diminished I help them reignite it. If they have an attitude then I help them shift their attitude to a better one. I also make sure to connect and understand my students on a personal level in order to help them.
I employ practical methods to help my students understand art. Generally what makes me a great teacher is the fact that I help a student connect with their passion and purpose in artwork. I help them understand the artwork they do, that is as they create they are able to see or identify the meaning behind the artwork they're working on. For students who are taking arts through this ability, they end up improving. I can teach any age, adult or a kid. Always remember your artwork is precious and deserves to be seen.
