I’m a Registered Civil Engineer and an accredited Safety Officer 2. I am currently working as a Project Engineer at a private company. In order for me to be an affective teacher, I first gauge my students’ understanding about a certain topic. With that, I am being able to have an idea on how I could help them work on the areas they are having difficulties. I also encourage student participation to make sure they understand the topics. I am very open to communication. That way, my students will feel free to reach out to me whenever they are having difficulties or need clarifications about a certain topic.
