I have passion in teaching, I would like to know the learners weakness, work on them together, show all the necessary steps needed to improve the performance, I am trained CBC style and I believe in student Centered style where I guide learner in any point of knowledge, evaluation of the learner is done effectively by trying to let them know the skill they have learnt at the end of the learning period.I like sharing ideas and I am ready to listen to the learners point of view and to understand them to make sure they get all the skills needed and guidance worthy of the time shared.
