I am Dr. Mohamed Bahr, a dedicated and passionate medical educator with over two decades of experience spanning clinical practice, academic teaching, research, and high-level educational management. With a career that began in 1998, my experience is both broad and deep; teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Nursing. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at both Egyptian and Saudi Universities, with postgraduate certificate from University of Dundee, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to student success.

My teaching philosophy is centered on bringing simplified, accurate knowledge and delivering the concepts usually skipped in ordinary teaching. The conceptual integrity and applied approach ensures continuation and sustainability in acquisition of knowledge with minimal memorization and zero confusion.

* University Teaching: Assistant Professor of Pharmacology, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Nursing.
* Curriculum & Program Development: Led the development and updates for MBBS and Pharmacology curricula. Coordinated the Clinical Nutrition Diploma at the American University in Cairo (AUC).
* Assessment & Evaluation: As Director of the Assessment & Exam Center and a former expert for the Ministry of Higher Education in Egypt, I have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing medical examinations. I specialize in item analysis, electronic exam implementation (ExamSoft®), and developing fair and effective assessment strategies.
* Quality Assurance & Accreditation: Successfully led Vision Colleges through Institutional and Programmatic Accreditation, developing comprehensive quality management systems, handbooks, and strategic plans. I have coordinated over 15 external review visits and am a certified reviewer myself.
* Research & Supervision: Supervised numerous MSc and PhD theses and have published research in recognized international journals. My skills include experimental design, statistical analysis, and scientific writing.
