Communicates well with students, teaches well and helps them in their studies and homework. If they don't complete their tution homework, I punish them.. like 10, 20, situps.etc..
I try my best to teach them, but they must also practice it at home and they must give me positive feedback.
I will test the students once a week. I will teach them for an hour and a half and then spend the remaining half hour revising everything I have taught.
