I believe I am an expert in teaching and training based on the following reasons:
1. I work on the individual needs of each separate student considering their unique features, preferences and tendencies
2. I acknowledge and respect that fact that every student is different from another and needs the teacher to address their requirements according to their own preferences and perceptions
2. I can help students learn in their own unique ways leveraging on their personal style, aptitude, preferences, intelligence - types, work pattern - priorities and other learning procedural aspects
3. I adapt my approach and method according to the changing developmental needs and conditions during the ongoing course of learning-teaching.
4. My students can share anything with me. I am approachable and friendly. Often learning barriers can stem from personal sources and I can assist in those terms significantly through understanding the student's side of the events and facts
5. Most of my weak students have become competent gradually from very basic levels in course of time: from silence to complete fluency and expert dexterity over time.
